Chad completed our ten week certification school (P.F.T.A) here in Round Rock, Tx.  It was obvious from the beginning of class that he really knew what he was doing in the gym.  During his time with us, he got the chance to expand his knowledge in training.  He trained five separate clients and all had fantastic results.  Not only weight loss clients but clients that were looking to put on muscle as well.  It's great to see one of my students with the motivation and drive to help people.  He also participated in helping set up various bootcamps as well.  All I can say is that if you are ready to make a lifestyle change, then put your trust in Chad and let his knowledge and motivation work for you!  Great job Chad and good luck with all of your many clients to come.

Being in my early 40’s now, I knew it was time to begin working out on a regular basis as well as eating healthier.  So I joined the fitness center at my church and noticed a NewLife Fitness flyer with Chad’s information. Never working with a personal trainer before, I was not sure what to expect but I knew having the accountability would be key in my success.   Chad is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and he did a fitness assessment before my first workout.  He provided a nutrition guide for me that broke down how many calories I should eat daily, how many carbs., protein and fat I should take in as well. One of the things I like best, is that he never gives me outrageous exercises to do and he knows when it is time to challenge me.  I have been working out for six months with Chad, two times a week and he is always very professional, positive and he gives me his full attention. I have had success toward reaching my weight goal, I am more toned and I just feel better!

I am so glad to have Chad as our trainer. I honestly believe that someone else would not have made such an impression on us. Since I've started participating in the bootcamps, I've noticed that my energy level has soared and my moods are always on the upswing.  I'm a terrible dieter and don't stick to any particular diet, even so, with just watching what I eat, I can see my weight dropping and more muscle tone all over.  I particularly like the fact that the bootcamps are not routine.  Each session provides different workouts focusing on different areas of the body.  The pace is just right for getting into a rhythm.  Having a trainer oversee your workout and ensuring that you are getting the most out of your efforts is a huge plus.  In addition to the health and appearance benefits, it's wonderful to be working out with other women with similar objectives in a quiet, stress free environment.  Overall, a wonderful and productive experience.  After trying many different things, it's great to finally see results from my workouts. -Missy Moore
