Chad Griffin is a well known man in the athletic realm of DFW. Until recently Chad has been coaching High School boy's basketball for the past 10 years. He not only helped the team with their basketball skills but also helped them gain strength and endurance while improving their overall health. He implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the athletes. His program was very effective, and continues to be a part of his former players lives to this day. Chad left the educational arena to pursue training clients that were determined to make a life change. He knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.

Chad has been improving the lives of many dedicated DFW residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and also knows that it is his job to keep them motivated. But Chad's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Chad holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX. Chad played collegiate basketball at UMHB all four years and was the starting quarterback of the Crusaders their introductory year of full contact football. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and a Certified Personal Trainer through PFTA.
